De acordo com o fundador da ADK Ricardo Badoer, esta oferta inédita visa assegurar sua legitimidade e criar um ambiente mais seguro para os usuários de criptomoedas. Esta oferta é particularmente crucial porque, apesar de as exchanges centralizadas serem reconhecidas por propiciar exposição às criptomoedas, são frequentemente criticadas por vários motivos, tais como uma suposta falta de transparência em suas principais funções de manutenção de fundos. A ADK está se aproximando das exchanges à medida que o projeto chega próximo do lançamento de seu banco com sede na UE, após garantir aprovações similares para dois bancos na África. A ADK atualmente detém 16% das ações do Sumac Bank no Quênia, e 23% de um banco na Tanzânia (um anúncio oficial será feito em breve).
